| Remanufacturing can make the waste cylinder block have the quality and performance as the new products by a series of technologies like dismantling, cleaning, remanufacturing testing, remanufacturing processing. Remanufacturing is the optimal form of Recycle. It can keep the additional value to the full extent, reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution. China's remanufacturing industry is still in start-up periods, take auto engine as an example, remanufacturing process and techonology standards are not perfect, the equipments in key process are majority from abroad; the price is expensive; and the costs of remanufacturing are high. In order to improve the quality of remanufacturing and debase remanufacturing costs, it is important to study the auto engine remanufacturing technology and develop remanufacturing equipments with environment-friendly, high precision and low price.The paper focuses on remanufacturing process and equipments of used auto cylinder block. Advanced remanufacturing process flows and process specifications were formed based on the depth analysis of the technologies about cylinder block cleaning, remanufacturing testing and processing. It has great significance on regulating cylinder block remanufacturing behavior, improving remanufacturing quality. In order to solve the problem of low precision of traditional processing equipment and high cost of imported equipment, this paper developed two recovery equipments: main bearing hole horizontal honing machine and cylinder bore mechanical automatic feed vertical cylinder honing machine. The equipments guarantee the size precision and shape precision of the remanufacturing cylinder block, have good promotion and application. Meanwhile, in order to renew the surface quality of cylinder holes, established mathematical model about platform reticulation quality assessment, optimized the honing process, and improved the quality and efficiency of the plateau honing. The conclusions are as follows:1. Cleaning is critical to cylinder block remanufacturing. Traditional cleaning methods and equipments can not meet the needs of cylinder block remanufacturing. This paper studied cleaning effect, cleaning efficiency and environmental effects of the cleaning equipment. Research shows that pyrolysis is an important preprocessing method of cylinder block remanufacturing. When we need to deal with large quantities cylinder block, pyrolysis adds ball blast cleaning method is better. When we need to deal with limited quantities cylinder blocks, pyrolysis adds master stream cleaning method is better. High-pressure water combining with dredging and blocking cleaning technology can clean the dirt inside the cylinder oil duct completely. Oil duct cleaning equipment can greatly reduce labor intensity. Compared with the traditional manual brushing, it can increase the cleaning efficiency by two times.2. Honing is key technology of improving the cylinder block remanufacturing process precision. Cylinder block main bearing hole horizontal honing machine that this paper developed adopt main bearing bore hole positioning, it can achieve honing all the main bearing bore in a straight line at the same time. The minimum cutting output is less than 0.076mm; the surface roughness of main bearing bore Ra is less than 1.6μm after processing; roundness and cylindrical error is less than 0.01mm; concentricity error is less than 0.04mm. Precision can achieve the level of foreign machine tools. Cylinder bore mechanical automatic feed vertical cylinder honing machine adopts differential principle of planetary gear, it can achieve honing Oil stone mechanical automatic feed, adopt an independent principal axis and stroke motor design, it can achieve the optimum matching of Oil stone rotation speed and stroke speed. This machine can show the casement in processing in real time, and stop the stroke at arbitrary point to amendment roll pass timely as requirement. After honing, the roundness and cylindrical error of the cylinder bore is less than 0.01mm. Precision can achieve the level of foreign machine tools.3. Plateau honing is the important process of renewing cylinder bore surface quality, improving the friction performance of cylinder bore and piston ring. The established mathematical model about platform reticulation quality assessment using uniform test and multiple linear regressions can predict the variation of plateau reticulate parameters along process parameters of honing, and calculate the optimal parameters, improve the quality and efficiency of the plateau honing greatly.4. Cylinder remanufacturing process and specifications have great significance to improve the quality of remanufactured cylinder block.The innovations are as follows:Firstly, according to the principle of high-pressure water combining with dredging and blocking, we designed cylinder block oil duct automatic cleaning devices, and applied one patent.Secondly, mathematical model about platform reticulation quality assessment was established based on uniform test and multiple linear regressions. This mathematical model sets a reasonable objective function obtaining optimal parameters, and improves the quality and efficiency of the plateau honing.Lastly, studied remanufacture block cleaning, remanufacturing testing, remanufacturing processing of cylinder block, formed the draft standard of process, provided the basis to improve the quality of cylinder block remanufacturing. |
