The Study On Strategy Of Promoting Intercourse Among Modern Urban Community Residents

The paper focuses its attention on the issue of intercourse among modern urban community residents. With the rapid increases in China's economic strength and the acceleration of urbanization process, China's urban housing construction has been a tremendous growth; urban living has been greatly improved, but the humanistic environment of urban communities is still not satisfactory. Many urban residents still have weak sense of community, and the relation between them is indifferent. There is a lack of communication and atmosphere of life within many urban communities. The lack of community contacts brings trouble to people's life and also brings a series of social problems. Currently in many urban communities, community contacts crisis has become a common problems which we have to face.This paper reviews the development of residential community and analyzes the background and practical situation of Current urban communities. The paper also explains the importance of community contact and analyzes the root causes of community contacts crisis. The author put to use sociology, environmental science, psychology, architecture and planning theories and other related research disciplines. The author also draws some of the more successful domestic examples of community buildings. Finally, combined with China's specific conditions, this paper proposes a series of practical strategies to promote urban community contact based on the space environment of the communities and the development of community organizations.
