The electric actuators have been widely used in the servo systems of missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). Because the solo analog-based classical controllers are limited by many practical factors, they usually behave poorly in realizing good reliability.Based on the reliability of actuator for UAV, three kinds of dual-redundancy electric mini-actuator are put forward combined with engineering practice. By way of compare the reliability of three programs, this thesis draws some gear general conclusion about dual-redundancy electric mini-actuator. According to two types of engineering, this work designs two types of dual-redundancy electric mini-actuator, and completed one of the principle prototype test of steering gear.Based the research of the working principle and mathematical model of the dual-redundancy electric actuators, the two-closed-loops control system is porposed, which includes position loop and speed loop. The simulation results show that this control scheme can make the dual-redundancy electric actuators achieve performance index not only on dual redundant running but also on single redundant running. To realize fault detection and diagnosis for dual - redundancy actuator, the actuator is compartmentalized to multiple subassemblies, and according to the different characteristics of components, use monitoring model or comparing output of two channels to forms a BIT module for system.In this thesis, the hard ware design schemeis of dual-redundancy electric actuator is displayed in detail; each function block design of experimental platform with TMS320F28335 DSP as the core is presented. This paper gives the flow-process diagram of whole process of actuator fault diagnosis and detecting modules. In addition, the testing interface is developed. Experimental results show that the prototype can satisfy double redundant steering gear control requirements well.
