Oxygen content detection is an important link in many fields such as industrial production and life.Especially in the field of industrial production,with the continuous strengthening of people’s awareness of environmental protection,the requirements for industrial production emissions are becoming more and more strict.The oxygen analyzer can be used to detect the oxygen content in industrial exhaust gas in real time.The oxygen content is an important parameter to control the air-fuel ratio of industrial boiler combustion.A reasonable air-fuel ratio can effectively improve the combustion efficiency and reduce the emission of harmful substances while saving resources.The bad detection environment often leads to the failure or complete damage of the oxygen analyzer,which greatly reduces the service life of the oxygen analyzer and affects the normal operation of the factory.Therefore,the research on improving the service life of the oxygen analyzer and enhancing its reliability and safety has important practical significance.This paper introduces the redundant system into the design of oxygen analyzer,analyzes the influencing factors and characteristics of the reliability of different types of redundant systems,designs the reasonable redundancy mode and the optimal redundancy quantity in combination with the actual situation,and then compares and analyzes the reliability of traditional oxygen analyzer and redundant oxygen analyzer by using Markov model.It is proved that this method can effectively improve the reliability of oxygen analyzer and prolong its service life.By establishing BAS-BP neural network model as predictor,using the structural advantages of redundant system,the fault detection scheme of zirconia sensor is designed,and the residual method is used as the judgment basis of zirconia sensor fault.The common fault types and mathematical expressions of the sensor are analyzed,and the simulation experiments of fixed deviation fault,drift fault,short circuit fault,pulse fault and periodic interference fault are carried out to prove the feasibility of the fault detection scheme designed in this paper.The software and hardware design of the oxygen analyzer are described in detail.Using the theoretical value of air oxygen content in the same environment as a reference,the measured experiments show that the oxygen analyzer has good oxygen content detection ability.The dual probe redundant zirconia oxygen analyzer designed in this paper has a great improvement in reliability compared with the traditional oxygen analyzer.For the fault detection of zirconia sensor,the output value of the oxygen analyzer is more safe and reliable.Therefore,the oxygen analyzer designed in this paper has certain practical value and application prospect. |
