Marine Oil Spill Risk Assessment And Emergency Response Equipment Disposition

With the bloom of the economic in China, the energy source is in great demand. At the same time, it brings the security menace at sea. This paper is discussing the overall evaluation on oil spills at sea. By analyzing the historic statistic dates of the shipping spilling oil accidents in our country, this paper studies the reasons of the shipping spilling oil case.This paper studies the reaction procedure of the shipping spilling oil based on the coverage model and builds an arithmetic model on the optimization of the equipment. It builds the expression of the maximization of the coverage model according to the regional factor of the oil spilling and the study of the relation between the equipment dealing with the oil spilling and the probability of the oil spilling. It analyzes and discusses the conclusion. The model is proved to be useful and reasonable after being applied to analyzing the maritime space.
