The subject, the study of architectural programming on commercial property, is the study of the means of architectural programming. The subject originated in commercial property project design under the guidance of my tutor in almost three years. The author discovered that at the same time in the rapid development of urban economy, the real estate industry, as one of the key industries, also spawned such kind of problems in the rapid development. Commercial property in the broad prospects, its long running under the importance of health increasingly appear, healthy and rapid development of commercial property, will be a complex and systematic problems. The subjects of this study were "architectural programming on commercial property" and "the compounding of business programming and architectural programming". Through systematical analysis method, the related disciplines crossover study and analysis of existing cases, in an attempt to build a more systematic and scientific integrating into the commercial property, the more then for commercial property developer in China's current industry development situation of commercial property projects successfully developed operation provide helpful and feasible suggestion, promote healthy and sustainable development of commercial Property.The article is divided into six parts:Part I:basic research. Urban economic development in China is analyzed, introduces the domestic and foreign relevant summary of the development of research, defines the research category and the related concepts and then gives dissertation research framework.Part II:commercial property overview. Stated the commercial property meaning, classification and its characteristics, describes the development of major domestic and foreign business model, and briefly introduces the development history and development trends.Part III:business programming of commercial property. Based on the theory of commercial property, through the analysis of content, goals and main body, proposed format programming the macroscopic and microcosmic design principles.Part IV:architectural programming of commercial property. After an overview in the meaning, areas and elements of architectural programming, further expounds the concept, types, principles and methods of architectural programming on commercial property.Part V:business programming as a guide to the architectural programming. Discusses what's the guidance that the business programming for architectural programming, and use the above theory expounded through on-the-spot investigation analyses two successful business cases of Beijing and Nanjing to discuss practical application.
