X-ray tube is the key assembly of the capital X-ray imaging equipment and it is high value and prone to failure. There are relations between the vibration and sound of rotate anode and the working condition of X-ray tube. It is the important method to improve the working efficiency, maintenance capacity and scientific forecasting the life and failure by detecting the working condition of X-ray tube in noninvasive means.In this paper, an instrument for acquiring vibration signal of rotate anode was developed and USB 9234 DAQ card is the core and the NI Lab VIEW is the development platform. The signal of vibration can beacquired and stored quickly. The vibration signal analyzing module is comprised of time domain analyzing module, time domain analyzing and joint time frequency analyzing module based on the LabVIEW. The characteristics of vibration signal of X-ray tube can be analyzed briefly. The characteristics of the vibration signal acquiring and analyzing system for X-ray tube rotate anode are friendly interface, powerful signal analyzing and processing and good expansibility. From the testing, it can be concluded that the system are high stable and well practical. |
