Research And Design Of The Vibration Test System Of The Rotating Machinery Based On LabVIEW

Large rotating machinery is the most commonly used in the engineering field of power machinery. In order to guarantee the normal operation of the large-scale machinery product quality and safety, the vibration monitoring of rotating machinery condition is very necessary. Now with the development of increasingly complex rotating machinery, the complex degree of the vibration signal is increasing. So it is necessary to develop instruments more convenient and accurate to ensure vibration monitoring of large rotating machinery.In recent years the rapid development of computer technology, virtual instruments technology continues to mature, and the emergence of the idea of software, developed by using virtual instrument to realize the trend of vibration test and analysis system. National Instruments (NI) company developed LabVIEW software can achieve the function of collection, analysis, processing and display data quickly and efficiently. Using the virtual instruments to design the vibration testing system reduces the amount of hardware equipment, reduces the cost of application and improves the speed of measurement.In view of the present situation, first of all it introduces the virtual instrument technology and LabVIEW software in detail. Secondly it researches the vibration characteristics of rotating machinery and vibration testing analysis, it includes the basic concept and classification of vibration, the signal acquisition of vibration, and researches the hardware system, include selection of sensor, filter and data acquisition card.Then it introduces signal preprocessing work and signal processing method, it includes time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, joint time frequency analysis and FFT.In the last we construct vibration test system software program in LabVIEW software. Including signal acquisition, analysis, processing, storage, display and so on. And it combines hardware and software to simulate the system to verify the accuracy of the results.
