It can examine Justifiability of reducer and its craft of processing, manufacturing, assembling, debugging. Besides, a further analyze on test results does help to assess decelerator's synthesized mechanical properties and provide practice reference material design basis for engineering designer. In these days, test rig of large power based on planetary gear are widely used in equipments of automobile, steamship, construction machinery, aerospace and military, and have a widespread application prospect. But various reducer test rig currently used in our country have some shortcomings in requirements about inconveniently disassemble, large energy consumption, complicated variable loading and loading ways and imperfect software function and so on.In this paper, research on the test equipment of mixed gear reducer of large ratio. Aiming at features of mixed gear reducer of large ratio, discussed setting up program of hardware of reducer test rig, developed a box-shaped closed power-flow reducer test equipment, introduced transmission and location layout of reducer, assemble and analyze of 3D entity model of reducer test rig in detail, discussed stress analyze of key transmission parts in reducer test rig based on ANSYS also carried on reliability of design of the key transmission parts is authenticated, discussed control system design and develop software test system of reducer test rig, introduced interface preparing of master control software in PC crew, serial communication protocol of equipments such as PC crew and PLC, and explain circuit design methods of programmable magnetic powder loader.This paper use master control software of reducer test rig designed based on Visual C++ development platform, PC crew control speed system of motor, programmable magnetic powder loader and data collection system by serial communication, systems such as real time display of torque and speed, automatic speed of motor, loading of load, collecting of data and generating data reports can be achieved. Various basic test of reducer can be completed conveniently and reliably. And it has advantages such as disassemble conveniently, less energy consumption and transmission power loss, and perfect software function and so on. |
