As a very important structure in the mechanical transmission,planetary gear reducer is a key device for realizing rotational speed conversion and torque conversion.Compared with other gear reducers,planetary gear reducer is widely used in hoisting machinery compared to other gear speed reducers,because of its high reduction ratio and high transmission torque.Large planetary gear reducer has the advantages of strong bearing capacity,it’s transmission and braking is more reliable.However,due to the lack of knowledge about its transmission braking characteristics,such equipment in China currently mainly relies on imports.This paper analyzes the transmission characteristics of the planetary gear reducer,aims to design a large planetary gear reducer from the perspective of theoretical analysis,to make up for the lack of domestic areas.The main content of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,according to the target parameters for theoretical calculations,design a large three-stage planetary gear reducer with a built-in braking system,establish a threedimensional model.Secondly,static analysis was performed on the sun gear shaft and three planet carriers of the first planetary gear train,and an optimized design was made to improve its mechanical properties,including the reduction of the maximum equivalent stress of the parts under the limit load and Meet the weight reduction under intensity conditions.Thirdly,the contact dynamic model of the gear is established;the maximum equivalent stress time response curve of each gear is analyzed;and the stress cloud diagram when the maximum value appears;the stress characteristics of the gear teeth are analyzed,and the planetary gear set is in stable operation and the starting impact stress is obtained.Under the dynamic mechanical characteristics.Fourthly,a modal analysis model of gears was established to perform modal analysis on the overall and important parts of the reducer;the multi-order natural frequencies of the reducer and the important parts were analyzed;and the vibration deformation cloud diagram at the natural frequency was analyzed;the vibration of the reducer was mastered.Finally,a finite element model of the brake temperature field is established to analyze the temperature field of the brake system.The temperature change characteristics of the brake system are analyzed,including the temperature increase process and temperature decrease process of the friction process,the temperature distribution map,and the temperature and position characteristics of the friction plate.The brake friction plate is mastered.Temperature distribution during work. |
