Closed Power Transmission Test-Board is widely used in the test of gear driving products and practical projects. Gear drive running test, which is carried out under prescriptive load in a certain speed, makes the loading device an essential part of the closed power transmission test-board. With different loading devices, the performance of the test board are different, and so do the accuracy the reliability, the applicability and the power. At present, loading devices in domestic have different features applied fields. However, most of them have various defects, such as a complicated structure, bulky assistant devices, limited loading action route angle, limited power amplification and poor reliability.According to the planetary gear drive theory and the structure features of the differential Gear Trains, based on the performance requirements of the closed power transmission test-board, the mechanisms and the design calculation of the Synchronous transmission torque loading device are carried out.Based on the in-depth analysis of related articles both domestic and international, the working principles of the test board are been studied in detail, the feasibility design program of the test board is proposed, the structural consists of the test board is outlined and the power flow of the closed-power flow test device is analyzed.Based on analysis and theory demonstration, A back-to-back planetary gears closed test-board is designed and the 3D models are established via Pro/E software. The interference checking and virtual assembly experiment have been taken.A loader that adapted to 2K-H has been designed based on the researches of the working principles of the loader. According to the selection principles and the performance judgement, the secondary speed reducer of the loader has been determined, that is NGWN planetary gears. the strength and stiffness of the key parts is analyzed by ANSYS software. The feasibility of the design is verified.By comparing two types of test boards, the efficiency measurement methods are analysed The methods for efficiency measurement and accuracy calculation has been formulated.
