With industry developing, system reforming and demand situation changing in the electric power, the negative factors and some problems affecting power production safety must be paid great attention to, especially, how the conversion enterprises will improve the safety of power grid, high voltage and long distance situations. As the network structure gets increasingly complicated and highly-capacitated, safely managing EHV transmission line construction becomes pivotal. The paper developed the management system of EHV transmission line construction project based on the project's characteristics, the security management theory and management theory. Meanwhile, by analyzing influential factors, fuzzy evaluation method is applied, in this paragraph, to evaluate the project from both initial and site security aspects.500kv transmission line project is the highest voltage engineering in southern grid incorporation presently, I would like to take 500kv transmission line engineering as an object and mainly research on the safety assurance system such as the control over people's unsafe acts, over the dangerous conditions of devices and over the poor environments, emphasizing the concept that people come first in safety production. The text is easy to understand. Finally, the case is analyzed based on the transmission lines (2) section engineering from 500kV Yang west power plant to butterfly hill.
