| This paper carefully analyses and summarizes quality management of construction project by learning and understanding of the construction process. This paper firstly describes the quality control of construction project, analyses the features and control principles of construction quality in Guangzhou New Railway Station project XKZ-3 Section, and systemly analyses process, tasks, basis, inspection procedures and monitoring methods of quality control in the construction project. It analyses five elements of construction project quality control: human, machinery, materials, method and environment. Then taking the important sub-project: construction of the foundation trench as an example, it discusses quality control from materials and major equipment, operating conditions, process flow, quality control measures, technical measures and other aspects of security quality control. Finally, it builds construction quality evaluation index system by extracting 37 key factors. Be based on AHP to evaluate the weight of index, the paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the quality of building construction. It last describes the characteristics of construction quality, and the conclusion is that construction quality control is good. |
