The Research On Conservation Plan Of Shengfang Historic Town

Historic Towns are representative treasures which have higher historical and cultural value. Its unique historical and cultural resources are reflection of the regional culture and also reflect the relationship between peoples in regional society. They can neither be replaced nor transplanted. The value of Historic Towns is known by more and more people. In recent years, China has paid more attention to Historic Towns and published lots of related laws. The researches of Historic Towns are also increasingly deeper. At present, the important topic we faced in China's protection practice is how to solve the problem of the recession of Historic Towns, and the contradiction between protection and economy development, so that the history culture and modern civilization can harmonious coexistence and developing.This paper takes the protection of ShengFang as the research object, and the coordination of protection, inheriting and development as the guiding ideology. On the basis of deeply investigation and the laws or related policy, this paper analyses the characteristics of historical and cultural resources of ShengFang, and quantitatively evaluate its historic relic of protection status, then, makes a detailed analysis of the protection of the town, clarifies the principles, objectives and contents of Historic Towns protection, and puts forward a series of corresponding protection suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the purpose and significance of this research and the research process of protection.The second part briefly introduces the natural environment, economic and social survey and historical and cultural resources situation of ShengFang.Based on thorough investigation, the third part of the paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristic of the historical and cultural resources, and makes the quantitative evaluation to the historical and cultural value of ShengFang.The forth part determines the principles, objectives and content of protection and put forward overall protection idea of town planning. Based on the Actual situation of ShengFang and combining domestic and foreign successful experience, the last part put forward the corresponding protection suggestions.
