Reduce Maintenance Cost Of Open Park On Harbin Design Research

Urban open parks, as important parts of urban green space, are carriers of urban culture. Urban open parks occupya very important position in the construction of urban ecology, environmental conservation and inhabitants' daily life.In traditional sense, designers always consider influencing factors when they design urban open parks, while this paper analyses inverted by discussing the maintence and management problems in the later stage, then discuss the hidden troubles and problems in maitence management caused by poor designs to put foward reasonable and scientific design methods of urban open parks.This thesisputs forward the main purpose by reviewing the design methods history and combing with the present maintenance and management situation of urban open parks. This paper selects four representative urban open parks in Harbin, namely Xiangfangpark, Stalin park, Qingbin park and JingYupark. And then analysis the present maintenance and management situations of this four open parksfrom different angles by on-the-spot investigation, literature consult, cluster analysis and comparison in multi-angle. The author summarized the maintenance and management problems caused by the limitations of design methods in Harbin urban open parks by researching the maintenance of plants, squares, roads and creations in these four parks and comparing the expenditure of various maintenance management sides. This is very adverse to the development of urban open parks, so it is necessary to consider the maintenance and management at design phase and find out the feasibility methods and countermeasures.The author summary theproblems of traditional design methods by studying the traditional design methods of open parks combining with the present situations of these four parks. The problems are lack of initiative, insufficient research, limited review and design methods.Introduing the SWOT analysis methodsand basing on the present quos, the author analyses the advantages, disadvantages, chances and threats in Harbin open parks, then puts forward practical countermeasures. According to these countermeasures and combining with the practical situation of Harbin open parks, the author puts forward practical suggestions and countermeasures on plants, squares, roads and facilities. According to these suggestions and coutermeasures and combining with correlative laws, regulations and conceptions, the author puts forward coutermeasures which are directed to Harbin open parks to guide the design and suoervisory work of these parks.The thesis discusses the Harbin urban open parks, proposes more scientific and feasible design countermeasures in view of maintenance and mangement design, and provides important reference value of Harbin urban open parks design in the future.
