The study on boundary space landscape designing of open public park is very necessary to devolop the sustainable urban and improve the city space landspace. It is fit for social development and also very important to improve the quality of recreational life of urban residents.This Paper is mainly to research the open urban public park boundary space in Harbin, To looking for the feasible landscape designing plan of public park boundary, boundary space landscape designing and its management were studied. First, it was summarized and introduced that the characteristic, function and relationship of involving green-belt of open urban public park boundary space for clarifying the basic concept and researching basis. Then it was investigated several open public parks boundary space in Harbin. Zhaolin Park, Jianguo Park, Stalin Park and Qingbin Park were selected, finding their andvantage and limtation of boundary space design to get realistic background for this study. And then, the relationship between people behavior and open urban public park boundary space was summarized to make effective propose for coming design strategy.Last, based on these studies, it was proposed series design strategy to looking for the feasible landscape designing plan of public park boundary from creating a diversified boundary space landscape in open public park, Such as emphasizing humanistic, rephrasing highly ecological elements, paying attention to the design of making full use of flexible boundary space. optimizing facilities of boundary space landscape furniture, strengthening management of boundary space landscape designing and park education was introducted into boundary space.Discussed by the full paper, it was established an operational method for boundary space landscape design of open urban public park in Harbin that more coordinate to the open urban public park in city life and surrounding land, and more reflect the multiple values in Parks. It will be closer integrated public space for public recational culture and urban public park space system.
