The reliability of connectors is affected by many environmental factors, such as temperature, vibration, crush, centrifugal, fall, and matting/unmatting, etc.. The dynamic environment such as shake and vibration are the main reason for the invalidation of connectors. It is very common that the connectors work in the vibration environment.This paper focuses on switch connectors to analysis the reason for invalid and defective model. By establishing dynamics model and anglicizing its mold characteristics to get the specific index of itself. Design vibration experiment to verify its vibration of frequency in each status and the reliability of switch connectors under vibration. Finally, analyze the electric contact reliability of switch connectors under vibration.First, this paper analyzes the defect of switch connector. During the long-term usage period, there are usually 2 defective models which are mechanical defect and electrical defect. The main model of mechanical defect is the specific index is out of spec and the springiness part break; the main model of electrical defect is that the contact resistance increase and the isolation of switch become weaker.Second, the purpose of mold analysis is that realizes the mold index of system and provides the basis for analyzing the vibration characters of construction system, diagnosing and predicting the vibration defect, improving design of construction motive characteristics. This paper firstly establishes a model of switch connectors with ANSYS, gets the molded index and corresponding vibration type by this model.Third, this paper analyzes experimental modal of Switching Connector, from which gets transfer function and modal parameter of vibrational excitation in the external environment, as well as vibratory response in the real vibration environment.At last, we analyze the results of modal analysis of ANSYS model and experimental modal, additionally, the probability of the appearance of failure of Switching Connector under the different order natural frequencies and random frequencies and vibration strengths. That may offer some significant reference in this field.
