With the continuous development of science and technology, oil is an indispensable source of power, which promoting sustained development of countries economy in the world. Demand of crude oil has been increasing in Chaina, which is the second in the world and the largest in Asia oil importing countries,90%of oil imports are completed by sea shipping. Therefore, it is very important that to construct harbor terminal facilities of a large-scale unloading capacity, and berthing pier caisson platform is the main structure in wharf, and it is in deeper waters, are very serious impact on the external load, whose mooring conditions are extremely complex. In order to ensure the safe operation of terminals as well as the mechanical characteristics of similar structures for further study, it is necessary and practical significance for all-weather monitoring of the structure. In addition, there are many practical problems to be solved about the caisson in the design process, through such monitoring as a reference approach to resolve problem.In this paper, a main structure of the Dalian Port 30 million tons of crude oil terminal, in which the successful establishment of a health monitoring system used of fiber grating sensor technology. To get the response parameters of the corresponding location by all-weather real-time monitoring. And make use of USA NI Lab View virtual instrument software as a development platform to realize automation of monitoring control. The main contents are as follows:(1) Firstly, to get the basic formula of the general axisymmetric thin shell theory, and research on the general plane shell element units can be seen the portfolio by a plane stress element and plate bending element, assuming that the two units can be combination of the corresponding stiffness matrix. Its application in a main structure of crude oil terminal of Dalian Xingang Port 300,000 tons, from the static and dynamic (El method) to optimize the layout of the sensor, and structural health monitoring system was established.(3) Describes design of the system software, the use of Lab View software developed front-end display system of health monitoring about the dolphin, and to achieve unattended, automatically generate reports and other functions. Demodulator collected the data that can select the appropriate data management according to the needs of users, while the data can be collected in real-time spectrum analysis and wavelet analysis, and structure damage identification and safety assessment to structure. With the established monitoring system making all-weather health monitoring, collected the dynamic response of the dolphins under wave loads, ship collision and the mooring force, and obtain the peak value of load response, then comparison anlysis between finite element simulation results and it. The results show that the results of strain monitoring and theoretical numerical remained the same along the caisson elevation, the difference is all in the allowed range. It's proved to be a reasonable monitoring system, which can provide reliable data protection for further analysis structure. |
