Online measuring and temperature field reconstruction in the furnace exit gas temperature from boiler has a very important role in boiler's Security and Economic operation.however,there is not a very accurate and effective means of online measuring in FEGT, because of the environment full of high-temperture and dust in the furnace exit of boiler. With the help of infrared sensor,the article Based on radiation thermometry has designed of a temperature measurement with infrared scanning device and studied an online measuring system which is based on infrared temperature in flue gas. The article had proceeded on more thorough theoretical and experimental researches in those,and had provided theoretical support and technical guidance for the methods in practical application in the engineering.The article designed on the primary scheme of infrared temperature measurement system, researched on the infrared theory a temperature measurement and analysised of the temperature field reconstruction for the various algorithms. It has the aid of the regularization method of Fourier, Gaussian and index to simulate typical furnace temperature and analyze error. The last, it made used of the infrared temperature measurement system to type at Tong Liao power plant and with the help of ermocouple to test and check the temperature values.
