Water is the origin of life,and all human activities are inseparable from pure water.However,in recent years,China's water pollution incidents have been frequent,the harm caused by water pollution is alarming,and the current environmental protection situation is quite serious.Oil pollution is a major pollutant in water pollution.The exploitation of fossil oil fuels,the discharge of industrial waste water and sewage will lead to the contamination of water sources by oil.In order to protect water resources,it is very important to carry out real-time monitoring of water environment.There are many kinds of physical and chemical methods for detecting whether the water contains oil and its concentration.But,the infrared spectrophotometry is the most consistent with China's water environment pollution and corresponding national standards.Based on STM32F103 RC processor,an infrared measuring instrument operated by touch screen is developed with embedded software and hardware technology.Firstly,the basic principle of infrared spectrophotometry is introduced,and the main hardware module of infrared oil measuring instrument is introduced in detail.For example,the overall structure of the infrared oil measuring instrument system,single-chip selection and minimum system design,analysis of optical structure selection,selection of light source,step-motor drive circuit design,signal acquisition and processing circuit.Secondly,the software design of infrared oil meter is introduced.Mainly include: sample detection,step-motor software drive,touch screen interface design.In the end,the problems encountered in the actual working of the infrared sensor are studied.Of pyroelectric infrared data acquisition methods,how to determine the starting point,three wave number peak point error correction,wave number automatic scanning,performance analysis,test results for peak data anomaly detection process made a further study of instructions.The experimental results show that the infrared oil sensor in this study can operate normally in indoor environment.It can draw a standard spectrogram for oil absorbency,and measure the concentration of oil in water.It has excellent repeatability and stability.
