Windows are the eyes of architecture, transparent envelope as represented by the windows play a building lighting, ventilation, insulation, thermal insulation, which are necessary to contact the external environment also determines the functional characteristics of isolated outer windows, walls, roof, four floor building envelope components, insulation, heat insulation performance of the external window is the worst, the heat loss through windows is also the largest. Thus, window has been the main factors of building energy consumption, external window system to adopt new energy saving measures are an important means of building energy efficiency.The research topics under the Hubei Provincial Department of Construction and Housing and Urban project of Wuhan University of Technology student apartments Comparison of energy saving (47080922), giving a system research for the transparent envelope in the summer and cold winter. In addition, considering to use a new type of Window-Adjustable shading the periphery structure of the system to the Wuhan University of Technology dormitory for building energy-saving. The main characteristics and the following conclusions:1.in the Hot summer and Cold winter zone, only considering outside the window by reducing heat transfer coefficient K value cannot effectively reduce the energy loss, K value of the insulation effect of the winter a little bigger, but do not work well on the role of insulation. Cold winter and hot summer heat of the summer should pay attention to the problem, the transformation of light envelope also mainly by changing the way the glass into the heat transfer coefficient, shading coefficient, air tightness, the whole system transparent envelope up for consideration.2. in the window-adjustable shading integration system, adjustable roller blind outside the comfortable room for change play a great role. Will be able to heat barrier coatings used in high-energy waves outside the window-adjustable light shading envelope system may take the initiative to make 90% of the solar radiation blocking back. Preparation and properties of a novel thermal insulation coating using silicone-modified styrene-acrylic emulsion as a film-forming agent, silane coupling agent treated hollow glass beads as a thermal insulating filling were investigated. The results showed that the adhesion of the coating containing silane coupling agent treated hollow glass beads was improved from 2 level to 1 level can improve; insulation effect improved with the increase of the coating thickness, but when the film thickness arrived to 0.3 mm, heat insulation effect is almost no increase with the increase of the film thickness; moreover, the content of hollow glass beads in the coating less than 10%, heat reflective glass beads of the coatings significantly increased with increase of the content of heat reflective glass beads, when up to 12%, the rate of heat-reflective coatings reached to the maximum value,and then heat-reflective rate is almost not increased when continued to increase the hollow glass beads content.3. The power consumption of air conditioning in summer heat transfer coefficient of windows with the increasing, with the shading coefficient of windows increases, the contribution of heat transfer coefficient of energy mainly in the winter, reducing air conditioning energy consumption in summer should be the main way of shading windows; by DOE-2 software simulation, if the current single-layer glass windows alteration to window-adjustable exterior shading can reduce energy consumption for 195855kWh, making economic benefits about 111600 RMB. Energy saving modification for the student dormitory, air conditioning power consumption 15.40kWh/m2,heating air conditioning and heating consumption 30.18kWh/m2 annual electricity consumption is 45.58 kWh/m2, building energy efficiency rate of 66.97%, which meet energy requirements the annual electricity consumption index limit value of 65% building energy-saving。...
