China is coming into a period of high speed development. The most significant performance is mass of people influxing into metropolitans for working and living.According to related statistics, citizens in Beijing spending time on traveling each day about fifty three minutes, which is the highest in all the Chinese cities. So it becomes a very valuable academic study for improving the transport efficiency on square before subway station for pedestrians, bicycles and bus passengers to coming into station in the morning, and convenient transfer and shopping at the time for waiting subways in the evening and good use in other time to make the square as an twenty-four full of vitality' city space.In this article we will make square before subway station as the main research object, focus on the problems mentioned above. First of all, analysis the elements of space and environments on the plaza, by the experience and the theory of social psychology, civial pecivience, boundary influence, to summarize the design principle for better humanization. Secondly, by controsting the advantage and disadvantages on the foreigner and inner cases of square before subway station, we will sum up the functional display modle around it. Thirdly, according to study kinds of traffic transfer modle, which includes bycicle, bus and car parking before the plaza, to make the streaming transform more swiftly.On the three fields researching, we will find the way for faster traffic transformation and more vitality uses on the plaza before station. And choose a representative station for rebuilding design in Beijing. We hope that in this article some reference solutions can work as direction for the futher square design.
