This topic research choice of background is:MenTouGou in recent years to developing orientation, mountainous area economy from traditional agriculture and mining is pillar, turning to play area ecology advantage, make Beijing west ecological barriers, by developing tourism with the new industrial, and through the ecological restoration improve the regional environment and the development of new energy, attracting investment, promoting regional circular economy development. In this context, the current district grid of scale, capacity, equipment level already cannot satisfy regional economic transformation and future development needs.
