This thesis summarizes the study of oil-filter technology at home and abroad and the development and status quo of filtering industrial oil of transfomer. It illustrates the significance of filtering industrial oil and puts forward the design idea and technical solution for PLC-based full-automatic on-line electrified oil filtering system. The author has conducted a thorough research into the reasons of pollution, compositions of pollutants, existing modes of pollutants in oil, and influences of pollutants on oil product and equipments. The filtering theory for water, particle and gas has also been ananlyzed with the methods of vaccum process, centrifugal process and adsorptive process. And the advantages and disadvantages for common products of filtering transformer oil have been concluded in this thesis. The author makes a systematic research and circuit designs on extraction of water, particles, fault gas and characteristic quantity of oil pressure, oil temperature, oil flow and liquid level with the theory of measurement on changeable dielectric constants capacitance sensor, the theory of light-blockage online grain counting, and optoacoustic spectroscopy technique. In the end, the author has designed a PLC-based full-automatic on-line electrified oil filtering system. And she puts forward the global frame and detailed eorking process of this system and she also makes a lectotype design for the hardware context of this system. On the basis of modular design concept, the author makes a systematic design and explaining on the control strategies of PLC.This thesis provides a theoretic basis and global framewok for the follow-up work, the development of system.
