With the continuous advances in electronic science and technology, telemedicine and other new medical services gradually rise, and traditional hospital-centered medical care would no longer be mainstream, replaced by family, community medical service. In this context, low-cost, low-power, intelligent, portable, family and community medical and health-care system has become market-oriented.Electrocardiogram (ECG) is an important basis for the diagnosis of patients with heart disease health-care. ECG, especially multi-lead ECG acquisition, detection and analysis for clinical diagnosis of heart disease has a very important significance. The international standard of multi-lead ECG is12-lead ECG. Acquisition accuracy of12-lead ECG, the error rate of transmission, post-analysis of the data analysis will be on the patient’s medical diagnosis of heart disease and post-reference generator significant impact.12-lead ECG detection technology is the12different locations in the heart of one cycle of the electrical signal recording technology, and through the analysis of12different ECG leads can be drawn from a more comprehensive and detailed cardiac activity characteristics, in order to make more accurate judgments,12-lead ECG has more value than single lead or other multi-lead ECG.This topic completes an embedded systems based on the completion of a12-lead ECG monitoring system. The analog section includes analog front-end ECG signal acquisition, potential reference circuit Wilson Center, right leg drive circuit, all leads signal differential amplifier circuit, analog signal amplification circuit, the secondary circuit of the analog signal amplifier; A/D sampling included in MSP430chip, digital filter, asynchronous serial data transmission and a wireless transmitter module. The following sections of this paper arrangement are divided into seven chapters.First, this study explores the background and basic knowledge of ECG and focuses on the mathematical relationship between the12-lead ECG. The paper strictly reference international12-lead ECG criteria, which obtain ECG way through hardware and software and draw out the picture of12-lead ECG on the PC side.Secondly, from hardware aspect, the paper elaborates12-lead ECG monitoring system design concept, such as the design of ECG acquisition side, Wilson and right leg drive circuit design and describe the focus of a two-stage amplification circuit. The Wilson circuit is reference electrode between differential amplification of the electrical signal. This section focuses on comparing the differences between several filters and the implementation of digital filters.Finally, the experimental results of this study paper made analysis of the feasibility and practicality of monitoring systems and make a summary and outlook. This topic has made some constructive comments about monitoring system based on the improvement and optimization.
