Research Of Quality Control Of Decorative Construction

Project quality control is an exhaustive systematic project. In the processes of feasibility studies, survey and design, construction and to final acceptance there is a quality control issue. Quality control of the construction phase is the key links of the architectural decoration project quality control. The quality management effectiveness of construction phase is related to whether the whole quality of the final projects can meet the national regulation and the requirements of owners and is related to the successful completion of cost control of the whole architectural decoration project. So it is necessary to attach importance and strengthen to the quality of management of the construction phase. The quality of the construction phase is largely determined by quality control whose central task is through the establishment of a sound and effective quality supervision system and quality control munual to ensure the quality of project meet contractual standards and requirements.In this paper the themes of construction phase quality control of architectural decoration project are studied systematically. On the basis of analyses of developed countries'construction quality management models, this paper considers that under China's current conditions the project quality control should be prevention- oriented. Therefore, this article affect the quality of the project from five aspects, namely, human factors, materials, mechanical factors, environmental factors, as well as procedures for the factors were analyzed, and has proposed the establishment of the construction phase quality control system. In combining the analysis of the specific case on the basis of this paper, establish a sound system of quality assurance, quality control prior prevention, the construction operation prior guidance, dynamic construction quality control checks matter seriously, after acceptance and timely handling several aspects such as quality problems on ways and means to address the project site rationale features quality management control of the scene, combined with my years of practice put forward some feasible way for work of project quality control.
