Study On The Social Parking Demand In The Urban Area Of Quzhou City Based On "the Rational" Behavior Choice

With the development of the Social and economic, the increasing of the people's living standards, Urban civil car ownership has improved, and personal demand for public parking is increasing urgently.Based on the summary of domestic and international research of the method of parking demand, this paper points out that,the current scholars'research Angle is turning to the individual parking demand forecasting, based on the rational behavior choice.In China, the literature in this area is less, and more for less theoretical discussion and even less empirical research. Therefore, this paper from the perspective of the individual acts of choice to study the parking needs of the city, both in theory and in practice are very meaningful.In this paper, economics and geography on the search theory is used to analyze the social decision-making process parking, and summarize the social rules and strategies. And based on this, the paper theoretically analyzed the factors that affecting social parking, and combined parking experience, summed up the impact of three factors of social parking, namely, the socio-economic characteristics of the driver, driving experience and social environmental factors. Based on the analysis of these three factors, this paper stated preference method of the survey questionnaire and survey solutions to the urban area of Quzhou city, carried out empirical research, and obtained the impact of parking downtown significance of social factors, by using Logit regression modelto analysis of survey data.Finally, from these significant factors, the paper put forward specific recommendations for improvement to alleviate or solve downtown parking needs of society,combined with the lack of existing urban parking plan,...
