The Switched Reluctance Drive(SRD) is a new type of electronics -mechanics combined variable-speed motor system which consists of converter power circuits,the doubly-salient reluctance motor and the controller.It is possessed of excellent performances,vast developmental prospects and its benefit of society and economy is well.This article describes the composition of Switched Reluctance Motor and basic working principle at first. Then,the systematic analysis and research was done for tri-phase,6/4,Switched Reluctance Motor that was researched less at present.When linear mathematic model of the Motor has been analysed,we can got some controlled-variables for the Motor and the way of PWM what suit for middle and low power SRM running as high-speed has been adopted.The three-phase 6/4 structure, 10W, 500-5000r/min of speed range of Switched Reluctance Motor's prototype used a high-speed operation that was suitable for single-winding,two-switch power converter circuit of the program. Detailed analysis of this program was single-cut and double-cut , had the controller in the hardware design and effective simulation system , and the relevant prototype experiment results meet the design requirements. Since adopt unitary under the control of pattern within entire speed range, have facilitated a control circuit , have improved the function price ratio. Corresponding , this system controls a train of thought though the W switch magnetism specifically for being that power is 10 hinders the electric motor, but the person same apply to other power grade.
