| The thermal power plant is a factory of producing electric energy, consuming energy and producing pollution. So,"Energy Saving and Emission Reduction"is particularly important for the thermal power plant. The steam turbine cold end system is an important part of thermal power unit. How to realize the running optimization of steam turbine cold end and improve the economy of unit is great significance for power plant.From the actual conditions of the steam turbine cold end system in power plant, when determining the optimized vacuum and circulation water flow, many factors which include the traditional factors, hot pollution cost, expenditure cost of the cooling water and humidity limit of the last stage blade have been considered in this article. So it is more fit to reality. In the course of study, taking the domestic 600 MW condensing unit as an example, the running optimization of steam turbine cold end system is analyzed and calculated, and the satisfactory results have been reached. Finally, using today's popular graphical programming software LABVIEW as the programming platform, the computer application software of the running optimization for steam turbine cold end system in power plant has been compiled.This paper gives research combined with actual situation in power plant. The application of research results can fundamentally solve the casualness and blindness of the problem in the circulating water pump start-stop, ensure that any condition the condenser vacuum close to the best value. The steam turbine cold end running can get to truly maximize in the economic benefits. This is not only to beneficial to reduce the cost of power plant, improve the economy of unit operation, but also favorable to lay a theoretical foundation for the low-pollution and low-consumption water of steam turbine cold end. |
