This article discusses a new method of the energy-economizing optimization of Gas-Steam combined cycle generating units.And we carry out a series of work on Cold-side Optimization of turbine,for the characteristics of the condenser,circulating water,open circulating water,and other system,when the condenser running in a back-pressure state.in order to save energy and to improve the corporate profitability.The four-water chamber condenser is the first time such condenser used in the Gas-Steam combined cycle generating units,which matches to different operating modes like pure condenser in summer and heating in winter.And this condenser can reduce power consumption rate efficiently when it runs at the back-pressure operating mode in winter,especially when the cogeneration unit has SSS clutch,it will make more sense.It is fully demonstrate the technical feasibility,technical difficulty,technical costs,economic benefit of four-water chamber condenser,at the beginning of the design of the combined cycle generating units.After data comparison,it has obvious economic benefit.Also,from the aspect of security and economic,the article analyzes and discusses the four-water chamber condenser specific configuration,such as the circulating water pump and open circulating water pump,which operates in different combined cycle mode.So it can provide good advices of safety and economic operation for the cogeneration unit which has SSS clutch.
