With the pollution and the energy crisis increasing seriously, the requirements for diesel engine become higher and higher, for example, emissions, power and economy. To meet these various stringent diesel emission regulations which have been introduced in, And achieve the optimal operation of the diesel engine performance, we must use electronic control technology to diesel engine. It's also a very effective way to pursuit the lower emissions of pollution, lower fuel consumption and better dynamic performance. The speed governor is an important component of diesel engine electronic control system, which changes the amount of diesel oil supply according to engine load automatically to make diesel engine speed remained stable, thus ensuring the diesel engine has a good working performance. With the control theory and the microelectronics technology developing rapidly, the research and development of diesel digital intelligent electronic speed control technology is imperative.In this paper, I do a in-depth study in the control strategies of diesel engine electronic speed governor system. Conventional PID control algorithm is only applicable to the control object that is able to establish accurate mathematical model, while the diesel engine is a complex non-linear control object, so this study uses the fuzzy algorithm as a control strategy, on the one hand ,the establishment of a diesel engine speed control system simulation model, using MatLab / simulink module to study control law and control parameters ,which has laid a theoretical foundation for the design and development of the electronic speed; on the other hand, design the hardware circuit in allusion to the electronic speed controller debugging equipment produced by the company of HEINZMANN in Germany, including the speed, rack displacement conditioning circuits, power driver amplifier circuit, and finishes the preparation and debugging of the system software.Comparative analysis by simulation shows that the effect of this fuzzy control strategy control is superior to conventional PID and reaches the target. Research results have a certain reference value to the design and development of electronic speed control system of diesel engine. |
