| The objective of this thesis is to fulfill the product model data exchange from hull module of TRIBON system to STEP neutral file.The data-exchange between software systems in shipbuilding industry is very difficult. There are a large number of technical defects on the traditional information exchange of models by by way of point to point used in actual production. The fundamental method to solve this problem is to develop neutral format which is independent of any CAX systems. The IGES has defects which are difficult to overcome, and the STEP emerges as the times require. TRIBON system is one of the most advanced shipbuilding software in the world. Developing the system interfaces of TRIBON based on STEP application protocol has wide application prospect. In this paper, implementation method of AP218 in the STEP based on TRIBON was studied.Taking TRIBON system hull module as the research object, this paper discusses STEP application protocol, ship structure AP218,TRIBON syetem data structure and forward algorithm for data exchange. Finally, sets forth how to realize the pre-processor.First. Analysis STEP application protocol. Including STEP Methodology and structure, Implementation, application range and model architecture of AP218.Use Clear text encoding of the exchange structure as Implementation method. Accomplish the modeling of EXPRESS information. Above-mentioned study provides a solid theoretical foundation for future work.Second. Design forward algorithm for data exchange, which is an important module of pre-processor program.Finally. Design pre-processor program. Finish neutral file conversion and achieve neutral file visualization and analysis the data exchange quality. |
