The Optimization Plan Of PKU Campus Grid

With the vigorous development of China's education, all kinds of the well-known universities and colleges are expanding rapidly. The number of students, the construction area and the building level are changing at the same time. With the increase of the personnel and the expansion of electricity supply area, the university has gradually become a particular power supply area. How to optimize the planning of campus grid, improve the stability and security of the grid have been a problem to solve for the person in charge of the logistics.The first part of the paper describes the current situation and main problems in the planning of campus grid, draws lessons and teachings from the large area blackout in foreign cities and introduces the optimizing methods and measures at all levels of the city grid. Through the use of lessons and experience in the city grid, the paper clarifies the optimizing necessity of PKU campus grid.Secondly, the paper describes the general theory of grid planning (including the general requirements and technical principles), especially some specific requirements and measures in urban grid planning. Consequently, the paper summarizes some basic principles of the campus grid planning.Finally, through the analysis of the load on the grid, the author put forward the optimizing proposal of the grid planning and management and provided some constructive comments on the campus grid network building and reconstruction in PKU.
