Thin plaster external wall external thermal insulation system is widely used in cold regions because of its good thermal insulation performance and easy construction.However,in the process of practical engineering application,the surface layer and protective layer have also appeared.Problems such as cracking,hollow drum insulation,and fall-off of the external insulation system make its durability questionable.This paper selects the thin plastered external wall external thermal insulation system commonly used in cold areas,and conducts an overview study of its classification,definition,and structure.Through literature research and actual engineering investigation,the actual use process of thin plastered external wall external thermal insulation system is investigated.The existing problems are studied and analyzed.Based on this,this article compares and defines the concepts of durability and weather resistance that are more confusing.Based on the above research,Several key influencing factors affecting its durability are analyzed theoretically and researched.Based on the above theoretical research,this paper carried out an experimental study on the influence of environmental factors on the external thermal insulation system of thin plastered external walls and a weathering test.Through experimental research,it can be found that during the high temperature period in summer,the external temperature of the thin plaster external wall insulation system can reach a maximum temperature of more than 85 ° C,which is far higher than the current weather resistance test temperature specified by the current codes and standards,and the current maximum temperature setting in the weather resistance test.Does not meet the high temperature environment that the external wall external insulation system is subjected to during actual use.Therefore,in the experiments to study the deformation properties of the thermal insulation materials and the weather resistance experiments,the test temperatures were increased to study their performance under the influence of high temperature environments.The test results show that: under high temperature environment,the deformation of the insulation material is large,which exceeds the deformation rate required by the specification.The weatherability test is closely related to the actual project because it can better reflect the ability of the external wall insulation system to withstand changes in heat and cold during actual use,and is used as an important detection method in actual engineering.Therefore,based on the above research,this article raises the weather resistance test temperature and conducts the high temperature-rain cycle test.The test results show that after the test,cracks and large-area penetrating water prints appear on the sample,and the weather resistance does not meet the requirements of the specification.The main reasons for the lack of durability of the external insulation system of thin plastered external walls are: cracking,hollowing,shedding,etc.The main reason is that the tensile bond strength and shear strength of the system cannot meet the actual use conditions.Of destruction.While analyzing the influencing factors of the durability of the external insulation system of thin-plastered external walls,this paper studies the literature and current specifications to determine the factors that affect the durability of the external insulation system of external walls: temperature,humidity,system weight,wind,Earthquake,according to the current specifications and relevant research literature,analyzed the stress effects and calculation models of humidity load,temperature load,gravity load,wind load,seismic load,etc.,and established the durability evaluation model of the external insulation system of the thin plastered external wall,with a view to While evaluating the durability of the external insulation system of thin plastered external walls,it also provides a scientific basis for improving its durability.The content of this article focuses on the research of temperature and humidity on the weather resistance of the external insulation system of external walls,the theoretical analysis of the stress effect,and the current theoretical research foundation..Based on the results of the above theoretical research and experimental research,this article proposes that: in order to meet the use of thin plastered external wall thermal insulation systems in the high temperature environment in summer in cold regions,the choice of decorative materials should be adapted to the regional urban planning,and try to choose colors The lighter color of the decorative material has a more obvious effect on reducing the temperature of the system during high-temperature periods in summer;in areas where the system is prone to damage,such as window corners,wall corners,daughter walls,etc.,focus on improving its construction quality;In the weather resistance test,the maximum temperature setting should be appropriately increased to better test the durability of the thin plastered external wall thermal insulation system so as to better reflect the current status of its use in actual use;this article The established durability evaluation model can provide a scientific reference for the evaluation of the durability of the thin plastered external wall insulation system.
