As the society attaches great importance to energy consumption,improving energy utilization has received extensive attention from various industries.According to statistics,about 28% of my country’s total energy consumption is the energy consumption of buildings during operation.If the energy consumption generated by the production and transportation of building materials,as well as the construction until completion,and the energy consumption generated by building operations are accumulated,the value will account for more than 50% of the total energy consumption of the society.With the increasingly serious problem of building energy consumption and the widespread concern of the society on building energy consumption,in 2018,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of my country issued the "Energy-saving Design Standards for Residential Buildings in Severe Cold and Cold Areas"(JGJ 26-2018),which further improved housing The energy-saving requirements of buildings stipulate that the energysaving rate will be increased from 65% to 75%.In July 2020,in order to implement the "Thirteenth Five-Year" plan for building energy consumption and energy conservation,Beijing promulgated the "Design Standards for Residential Energy Conservation"(DB11/891-2020).This standard raises the energy-saving rate of residential buildings in Beijing to 80% in order to achieve the goal of reducing building energy consumption and developing energy-saving buildings.The heat loss caused by the wall accounts for about 40% of the heat loss of the envelope structure,and its proportion in the total energy consumption of the building is also extremely considerable.Therefore,the research and development of wall insulation system is an important topic for reducing the overall energy consumption of buildings.STP vacuum insulation board is a newly developed inorganic insulation material.It has the advantages of ultra-thin board body,good insulation performance,A1 fireproof,durable and non-aging,green and environmental protection and convenient construction.It has great promotion value and is currently used For new energy-saving buildings and near-zero energy-consumption buildings,at the same time,because of its ultra-thin board body,it is often used as internal insulation in building renovation to achieve the purpose of reducing overall building energy consumption and increasing building energy efficiency.This article summarizes the properties and applications of commonly used insulation materials,introduces the properties of STP vacuum insulation panels in detail,and compares its advantages and disadvantages with commonly used insulation materials.In the process of investigating and following up the actual project of STP vacuum insulation board external wall insulation,summarized the problems and shortcomings in the construction process,systematically summarized and sorted out,and proposed scientific solutions.In Chapter 4,the thermal bridge of the STP vacuum insulation panel is studied,the influence of the existence of the plate seam on the energy consumption of the wall is calculated,and the thermal conductivity is calculated for the correction coefficient,so as to facilitate the relevant personnel in the building thermal engineering Check during calculation.The fifth chapter studies and calculates the moisture transfer performance of the STP vacuum insulation board insulation system.First,it explains the harm of condensation and condensation effects,and then conducts internal condensation tests on the board body and board seams of STP boards of different thicknesses.It is calculated that STP vacuum insulation board is used as an external wall insulation structure,no matter it is the material or the board seam,it is not easy to produce internal condensation.Finally,choose Xi’an to use STP vacuum insulation panels as residential buildings for external wall insulation.It is assumed that the STP panel insulation system is in an ideal state without plate joints to simulate and calculate the annual load.Afterwards,the influence of different slab joint widths on the overall load of the building was simulated and summarized,and it was concluded that when the slab joint width was the maximum limit value of 20 mm,the total annual load for the building reached 22.21%.Therefore,the existence of plate joints has a significant impact on the building load.Finally,combining the actual situation of the project during the investigation and the influence of the plate seam on the overall load of the building,suggestions are made to the existing STP board standard regulations,hoping to provide certain reference value for the future development of STP vacuum insulation board on the road of building energy saving.
