With the speed up the construction of China's industrialization and urbanization,building energy consumption in China's energy total consumption volume accounts for the proportion is increasing, the construction of energy-efficient design is the present stage of our country to ease the energy crisis is one of main research direction.Prefabricated reinforced concrete structure is one of the important direction of the development of building structure in China, the improvement of prefabricated reinforced concrete wall thermal insulation properties help to promote the industrialization of residential system in the development of our country.Therefore,the development of a new prefabricated composite structure thermal insulation wallboard, while retaining the prefabricated wall construction site because of its rapid,and can improve the building envelope insulation performance is to promote the industrialization of residential construction is an important research work.In this paper, a new type of prefabricated composite insulation wall panels as the main research object, the research and exploration of the following aspects:1.The heat transfer coefficients of five kinds of different materials are obtained by the method of calibrating the heat box method, and the heat transfer coefficient of the heat transfer coefficient of the composite thermal insulation external wall panel and the other four kinds of self insulation wall are obtained.2.By using the finite element software to establish 3D wall model steady state heat transfer analysis, and the results with the experimental results comparative analysis and test the model's accuracy and the error analysis of, for its promotion in the hot summer and cold winter area contribute.3.Building prefabricated compound exterior wall thermal insulation plate theory calculation model to calculate the wall thermal resistance, thermal inertia index,attenuation ratio, the highest surface temperature parameters, as the evaluation of wall of indoor thermal environment standards. Finally simulation and analysis of the enclosure structure made of prefabricated external wall thermal insulation plate,wherein the heat bridge site in winter heating conditions whether condensation occurs,to evaluate wall on indoor humidity environment influence index.4.Using finite element analysis software established two materials with different connections of the prefabricated composite wall panel model, the calculated lateral wall deformation nephogram, two kinds of finite element model analysis, comparingthe results of the analysis made by stainless steel rod connecting piece on the stability of the wall structure.Through the above research found that the novel prefabricated composite insulation wall board has the advantages of good heat insulation performance, can comfort of indoor living environment, meet the requirements in hot summer and cold winter area design standard for energy efficiency, including stainless steel bar connector has advantages of low thermal conductivity, tensile strength is high, for the development of prefabricated composite wall panel provides reference.
