The Researches And Applications Of Intelligent System (China Unicom) Based On NGN Technology

Accompanied with the development of the Tele-communication network in all big operators, the stability, intelligence is getting higher and more complex requirement than before. As a result, it becomes quite urgent to develop the Whole-Network intelligent business. ZheJiang Unicom use NGN (Next GenerationNetwork—NGN) as core network technology, rebuild the traditional PSTN in the bellowing two ways:First of all,Reduce the failure rate in the system and increase the stability for the equipment to provide better service experience for fixed network customers.Secondly, Fulfill the requirement of high level feature customization to provide more new services for customers.In broad sense,Whole-Network Intelligent Business is a system optimization work including monitor system,fixed network,broadband network,intelligence network and so on. This article will illustrate the design and operation on the Zhe Jiang Unicom fixed network rebuilding, based on their current network rebuilding and research on the network structure.
