Different from the 220 kV and the following power grids under the jurisdiction of municipal and county-level power companies,500 kV power grid is the backbone network of the provincial level,which plays an irreplaceable role in the transmission of large-capacity power transmission between provinces and adjacent provinces.In today's information and intelligent high-speed development,the stable operation of the 500 kV power grid depends not only on the transmission line and the stable operation of the transformer and the secondary equipment,but also requires a secure and reliable information communication network to transmit all kinds of signals and data,as well as various information of the operation of the operation maintenance personnel online.Therefore,in the case of frequent cyber security incidents,the extent of harm is extended from the virtual world to industrial entities,and the extent of the harm caused by economic loss extends to the present moment of personal injury.How to build and maintain the information and communication network of 500 k V power grid is particularly urgent to improve the security of the network.In order to implement the requirements of the comprehensive construction of SG-ERP3.0 of State Grid Corporation,State Grid Jiangxi Maintenance Company,relying on the 500 kV power grid in Jiangxi province,builds a scheduling data network and communication data network,which is a strong information and communication network that can support the transmission of power communication data of 500 kV substation and the demand of integrated office network,in order to improve the security reliability of the information communication network.Through the implementation of multi-phase information communication network reconstruction project,the company has transformed the information communication network infrastructure and upgraded the security protection system to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the information communication network.Based on the security protection system of the information communication network of State Grid Jiangxi Maintenance Company,this paper firstly discusses the principle and basis of the hierarchical classification of the data of power information communication network,and then analyzes the current situation,existing problems and security risks in the information communication network of the company,as well as the existing security risks in the infrastructure and safety protection system.Then,the paper discusses the needs of the reform of the security protection system of the information communication network,and puts forward the overall plan of the security protection system of the information communication network from five aspects,such as the infrastructure security of the information communication network,the transformation of network transmission security,the reform of the protection measures,the optimization of the business load and the network security management.Finally,the paper focuses on the design of the three aspects of infrastructure transformation,safety protection measures and business bearing optimization.The scheme given in the paper has been implemented in State Grid Jiangxi Maintenance Company,and has achieved the intended target.
