The ground water level in city zone of Shenyang is relatively high, and the ground water has a close relationship with the waterpower of Hun river. The stratum penetration of ground water is strong. The construction of the subway will face the problem of precipitation. Such precipitation maybe cause sedimentations of ground, city road, underground pipes and buildings, which increases the difficulty of subway construction. So it is necessary to monitor the subway precipitation so as to decrease or avoid the possible bad influence of it on the surrounding environments.This thesis analyzes the characteristic of Shenyang subway no.1 project. I investigate the design of monitoring project in the subway construction. It includes the principle and method of monitoring, monitoring items, allocation of monitoring orientation, the monitoring apparatus and data management method. I also do a long-term spot monitoring of Shenyang subway No.1 and obtain vast monitoring data. Then I analyze the monitoring results and establish an automatic and visible subway monitoring data management system with GIS technology.The thesis emphasizes particularly on the optimization design of precipitation monitoring project. Through analyzing the funnel curve of ground water resulting from the precipitation of subway no.1 project and combing with the surrounding environments, project hydrology geology condition, implementation technology and methods, this thesis advances the optimization project of precipitation monitoring and implements with such optimization project. It demonstrates that the monitoring project after optimization can not only decrease the monitoring expenses and project intensity, but also in the implementation process can monitor large-scale precipitation sedimentation and provide references for the responsibility differentiation between construction sedimentation and precipitation sedimentation. At the same time, the thesis also emphasizes particularly on the building of subway monitoring data management system which includes the system demand analysis, database structure design, system function design, data processing and selection of data models.The thesis uses program language C# and ArcGIS Enging groupware to exploit the "subway monitoring data management system". The system is composed of many functional modules, such as system management, data management, figure display, layer management, monitoring information management, space analysis, help and so on. The user interface is friendly. The data processing function is complete which has relatively strong practicability and expansibility, which provides a balcony to the automatic processing of subway monitoring data and automatic forming of reports.At last, I summarize the whole thesis and put forward the prospects of future researches.
