This paper studies on integrated automatic control system for 12MW biomass power plant. This system adopts Linix operating platform, and be exploited according to IEC61131-3 software international standard. It satisfies application transplant requirements well. The introduction of super marco further enhances the flexibility and maintain ability of configuration. Basis on the Client/Server architecture, the system adopts double machines and double networks redundant configuration. Furthermore, the electrical system based on IEC61850 standard is integrated, which makes sure the safety and stability of controlling and communication.This paper has also designed a suit of pertinence controlling policy for 12MW biomass power plant. Because of biomass fuel thermal value unstable and ash-corrosion characteristics, we have deeply studied on boiler and transmission system. Through the control of feeding, load, tail gas temperature and so on, it stabilizes boiler load, prevents boiler low temperature erosion, effectively improves operational efficiency and the economic operational level of the biomass power plant.With lab test and system application in biomass generated power plant in Hei Shan, this system can completely adapt 12MW biomass plant self-characteristic and can finish biomass power plant automatic inspection with highly automatic devotion rate to improve plant automatic control level. This system has been applied to support project and plans to obtain better running effect.
