Research On Land Carriage Trade Platform Based On 4PL In Tianjin Port

With the opening-up and development of Tianjin Binhai New Area, Tianjin Port needs to be adapted to change, to continuously expand its business fields and to innovate its managing model, in order to increase its comprehensive competitiveness. And in terms of improving the efficiency of cooperative cooperation, saving energy and reducing emission and optimizing transportation environment, it is practically significant to standardize the transport capacity market of Tianjin Port.In the research of managing model of port logistics at home and abroad, this paper uses special investigation, quantitative research and theoretical analysis to construct the land carriage trade platform based on 4PL in Tianjin Port.The research contents are as follows:Firstly, based on the survey of the major problems in the land carriage market of the port and the related research and application of 4PL at home and abroad, this paper demonstrates the necessity and feasibility to construct land carriage trade platform based on 4PL in Tianjin Port.Secondly, this paper proposes the scheme to establish Information distributing and trading matching System, credit evaluation system and freight tracing system.Thirdly, the thesis designs the architecture of the platform, the main functional module and the software and hardware architecture, and also suggestions on controlling and avoiding market operating risks and system risks are proposed.Lastly, this paper puts forward logistics index, which can be used in the land carriage center on Tianjin Port to accurately evaluate the efficiency of transport capacity information.The research findings show that it is necessary and feasible to construct the land carriage trade platform based on 4PL in Tianjin Port, which can promote logistics and trade development in Tianjin Port and will make it a .logistics park with the characteristics of scale strategy and cooperative strategy. Moreover, the operating model is creative in improving port management efficiency and service level. Tianjin Port and its partner can be expected to realize multi-win cooperation. As a result, the construction of this platform has shown good demonstration effect and prospect of application and dissemination.
