| With the reduction of oil reserves in land and the increasing demand for it, marine oil exploitation has become more and more prevalent in the future oil exploitation. As one of the marine oil flexible pipe-laying equipment, the research of the reel drive device is necessary for our contury's deep-water oil exploitation. According to the reliability of flexible pipe-laying under bad working condition, The technology of Reel drive system was researched in This paper.A kind of reel drive device was designed by analyzing the international reel drive device and pipe-laying working condition in this paper. The reel drive device can replace reel by itself. It can lay flexible pipe independently in the shallows or work with the tensioner in the deep water. The body structure scheme,hydraulic system scheme,electric system scheme of the reel drive device was designed respectively in this article.The dynamics of flexible pipe laying operation was analyzed because vessel was disturbed by the wave in the working operation. The reel drive device loads under pipe laying operation was calculated based on the dynamics analysis of flexible pipe laying operation. The key components of the reel drive system was designed and calibration. According to design requirements and load conditions of reel drive system, its hydraulic system,hydraulic components was designed or selected.Finally, hydraulic system model under the variable load was established and simulated in this paper. The simulation results was analyzed. In order to ensure reel constant speed feature, reel speed control system was designed based on the simulation. |
