The Research On Underground Parking Roof Garden Design In Harbin Residential District

The problem of limit urban land space is worsening, to solve this problem, urban three-dimensional space development, especially the urban underground three-dimensional space development, has become a relative effective measure. This paper intends to start this research based on this background. How to use of urban space efficiently and improve the urban environmental quality have become the growing concern and attention of more and more people. The above mentioned background provides the opportunity for this research and adds the value of this research.The topic of this study is based on Harbin, and the object of study is underground parking garage roof garden. Theory collection, field research, case comparison, a comprehensive analysis and summary of other research methods are used in this study. Meanwhile through the analysis of Harbin roof garden underground parking garage's Status Quo and the current developments, the problems, reasons of these problems, characteristics as well as regulars of residents are summarized, and the summarization will provides basic information and direction for the following research.By studying the relevant psychological theory, neighborhood theory, and some specifications such as "Garage building design", "Residential Landscape Design Guidelines", "Planted roof engineering point of order", this study set these elements as the basic references for this study. The domestic and international excellent case studies related to this subject are also set as the reference. Security principles, technical principles, the principles of balance, coordination and unity and other related design principles are proposed. On this basis, the strategies for the residential area of Harbin underground parking garage roof garden design are developed. Starting from the layout, this paper introduces the detailed planning and landscape design elements of landscape structure, technology. The study's conclusions are supported by the technology and structural design, and the form, standardization, and efficient method of the system are also formed.It is hoped that this research can provide more suitable, more economy and more beautiful area of Harbin underground parking garage roof garden landscape for the residents.
