The oilfields development steps into the late stage of high water cut period in the east an middle of china at present, which lead to the oilfield development becoming more and mor difficult.Obviously ,the difficulty of development raises the production cost and the economic efficiency falls down.Wendong oilfield entered into industrial production in April 1990.With the oilfield development,the fluid production capacity of Wendong oilfield wells decreases overall and water content ratio increase gradually.The gas lift system operation faults ratio increases and the energy consumption rises,which leads to the oil production cost per ton increasing enormously. Around the central topic of how to comprehensively evaluate the artificial lift ways, this paper discusses from the two areas of the technical assessment and economic evaluation.Firstly, this paper analyses research background, research significance and domestic and international present condition, and points out the research content and technology route of the research after anlysing the current situation of Wendong oilfield;Secondly,formulate the optimization scheme of gas lift through researching the technical compatibility and economical evaluation of the production wells,and choose the wells,which converted into beam pump production way.Thirdly,in order to improve the system efficiency of the beam pump well effectively,the system efficiency of Wendong oilfield beam pump wells is analysed,the main factors of system efficiency is confirmed.then the relevant string research is done for the gas fluid ratio wells, high energy wells,low energy wells, severe side attrition of pumping rod wells.According to the above research,measure stable production scheme and technique stable production scheme are formulated.The analysis for the typical wells,which are implemented the stable production scheme, is carried out then.The analysis results are acceptable.Finally,according to the field application,a comparison is carried out for the wells converted from gas lift to beam pump production way.The comparison shows that the wells keep stable production and energy consumption decreases on a large scale after the conversion.
