Evaluation Research On The Production Operation Efficiency Of GD Oil Production Plant

With the development of China’s market economy and the reform,great changes have taken place in the direction of the company management.How to optimize the allocation of resources and improve the efficiency of production management has become a key point to the success of the company development.In recent years,as the oil resource exhausting and cut-throat competition in the international market,the oil companies which work as an important part of China’s economic development gradually lose the monopoly position.With the opening of the imported crude oil market,the domestic oil companies are facing more severe environmental situation.How to evaluate and analyze the efficiency of production management scientifically and reasonably in petroleum companies,determine the company’s advantages,find faults,optimize the structure,and improve production operation mode,has become increasingly concerned about the oil business operators.The author investigated the production operation situation of GD oil production plant.It is currently in the middle and late stage of development,facing the problems of water cut increase,the production natural decline increase,bad development effect,increase of the investment cost etc.This article determines the GD oil production plant as the research object and evaluates the production operation efficiency.First,the efficiency evaluation theory,principles,methods and steps are summarized systematically,and related factors influencing oil production plant production management are analyzed.According to the characteristics of production operation,a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation index system is established.Second,the principles and ways about the evaluation of production operation efficiency of oil production plant are determined.Based on the current evaluation index system of production operation efficiency,the data envelopment analysis method is used to construct the comprehensive evaluation model of CCR and BCC.Based on this model,the horizontal and vertical evaluation of the production operation situation of GD oil production plant is carried out.According to the evaluation results,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.It provides important practical guide for the next step to improve the structure of input and output,to improve the level of management and to take the path of sustainable development for GD oil production plant.
