Explosion hazards in today's society is personal and property safety of the major incidents, effective way to prevent such accidents is to study the principles and characteristics of explosion, in order to develop appropriate preventive measures, the above work to be carried out, first need to establish a set of testable properties of explosive devices.Based on the explosive reaction mechanism and experimental study abroad, Research and design of the 20L spherical gas (liquid vapor), dust explosion experiments multifunction device control section, And the composition of the device control part of the selection and calculation, Designed as the basis for the corresponding control program, specifically include the following aspects:(1) Use of heat transfer theory, the design of an air inlet pipe heating box to heat the air, comparative analysis by means of various heating and insulation, choose to use the electric heating and mineral wool as the inlet pipe and explosive container device heating and insulation, to ensure that the process of liquid vapor in the experimental state is always in vaporization.(2) Through the study of temperature control works, determine the use of sensors and temperature control to achieve temperature control, relay switch to control the heating device, during the experiment, the temperature maintained at the desired temperature range.(3) Explosion at gas chamber and the pressure vessel installation can change the feedback signal pressure transmitter, one end with pressure display instrument displays, other end of the input PLC, Use of PLC's digital-analog conversion and regulation functions, to achieve the gas chamber and container explosion pressure control.(4) By learning the basics of PLC and ladder editing method, the steps of the experimental device for programming, realize the automation and intelligent control systems.(5) Choice of three different types of fuel for basic experiments, verify the feasibility of the design.
