| Three level coal mine permitted water-gel explosive has many advantages in our country. For example, good water-resistant performance, low toxicity and use safety. But the marble powder is used by inhibitor in the three level coal mine permitted water-gel explosive. The chemical inhibition efficiency of the inhibitor is relatively low, and also it may be decompose and absorb heat in the process of explosive blasting reaction. So if the inhibitor is added excessively into the water-gel explosive, it may be decreases the explosion energy. Its blasting performance is obviously insufficient for the middle and hard rock, which makes the application range of three level coal mine permitted water-gel explosive restricted.Based on the design principle of water-gel explosive in this paper, the formula of explosive was determined, and different content sodium chloride and ammonium chloride were chosen as inhibitor. The influence of type and content of inhibitor on explosive detonation velocity and underwater explosion energy were summarized systematically. The optimum sample was made heat stability and gas safety experiments in order to expect improving the blasting performance of coal mine permitted water-gel explosive on the premise of satisfying corresponding safety level.It can get conclusions from massive experiments that the explosive velocity and underwater explosion energy decrease gradually with the inhibitor content increasing. In the case of equal inhibitor content, the velocity and underwater explosion energy of the explosive which inhibitor was used by sodium chloride is higher that of the explosive which was used by ammonium chloride. The detonation velocity decreases after the explosive sample was stored half year. But the detonation velocity is still can reach 3000 m·s-1, when the sodium chloride is 9% in the explosive sample, it can draw a conclusion from thermal decomposition analysis that the initial decomposition temperature is about 180℃, which is higher by far than the reaction system temperature and operating temperature of explosive production. So it has a relatively high safety during the production and operation, and the detonation velocity and underwater explosion energy of this sample is also better than current three level coal mine permitted water-gel explosive. Finally, the sample which sodium chloride content is 9% was made gas safety test, the gas cannot be ignited.Based on the current three level coal mine water-gel explosive formula and production process in this paper, new type inhibitor was used in order to improve the blasting performance of explosive on the base of ensuring explosive safety, which supplies a certain reference value for high power three level coal mine permitted explosives in the future.Figure [30] table [13] reference [48]... |
