Research On Environmental Performance Evaluation Of Tourism Resource Population

Under the background of mature tourism development, the research on the single tourism resource is undergoing various tests. The tourist resources population has been becoming the important scholarly research topic. The interactive research between the tourism resource systems and the environment makes the research on the tourism resource population essential. However, the present research on the tourism resources is merely limited to the simple discussions about its aspect of concept, spatial characteristic, operational mechanism etc. Therefore, strengthening the research on the environmental performance and enhance the overall performance of the tourism resources population is of theoretical and practical significance.The research on Environmental Performance Evaluation (EPE) of Tourism Resource Performance (TRP) is a comprehensive topic. Moreover, it is also a frontier research field. Based on the literature review on the TRP and EPE, an all-sided model is established, then, the structure and indexes system of the model are also established. This paper designs a questionnaire to conduct the research. Through Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), we can evaluate the environmental performance. Based on the expert consultation and a great of references, the weight of all the indexes are defined synthetically and rationally.This thesis uses literature review, Factor Analysis, AHP and other research methods. This thesis also makes some innovations and attempts on research object, research perspectives and evaluation indexes. The EPE of the TRP is thoroughly discussed.This thesis has obtained new understanding and conclusions in the following aspects: firstly, probes into the three types of formation mechanism of TRP, namely, the government led, the resources led and the market led; summarizes the existing spatial patterns of tourism resources population:linear, belt-shaped, massive. The integrant elements are identified:mainly includes the natural ecological environment, the service environment, the social culture environment, the scenic spot environment and the information network environment; an evaluation model of environmental performance of TRP is established. As for the economic, social and ecological benefits brought by the tourism resources group the tourist resources group environment performance evaluation model is constructed; Next the tourist resources group environment achievements evaluating indicator system is constructed, and reasonable weight is designated; Finally, the strategies to promote the environment performance of tourism resources group is proposed from three aspects:namely the highly effective environmental management mechanism, local community's participation and the market operation mechanism.
