Gleditsia Japonica.Miq is plant of Leguminosae Caesalpiniaceae and widely distributed in China.The resourse of Gleditsia Japonica.Miq is richful,its pod contains more than 20% triterpenoid saponins. The triterpenoid saponins is a kind of excellent surfactant and which have medicine effect of antibiotic, antiseptic and anticancer.The seeds of Gleditsia Japonica.Miq and thorns also have a good medicinal value and application future.The research using gleditsioside of isolation and purification as a standard substance,colormetric method determine the content of total saponins in Gleditsia Japonica.Miq.The concentration of methanol,duration and times of extraction that influencedon extraction rate were researched,and the process conditions were optimized by usingorthogonal test method.The results as follow,the regression equation being:A=0.0027C-0.0032,R=0.9994.The influencing order of the three factors to extraction rate of totalsaponins was:the times of extraction>concentration of methanol>duration of extraction.The optimum process parameters for the extraction of total saponins were:75%methanol,extracting for 60mins and for three times.The research is about the influence factors of extraction rate of the surfactant and the function regularity of those factors. The process conditions were optimized by using orthogonal test method.The results indicated that the optimum process parameters for the extraction of the surfactant were:the content of Gleditsia Japonica.Miq is 10%, duration of douse is 60min, the temperature of extraction is 98℃, duration of extraction is 3 times.The study on physicaland chemical properties of the surfactant, the results indicated that the surfactant of Gleditsia Japonica.Miq have a very good surface activity and the washing effect.The chemical constituents and ami no acid content of the seeds of Gleditsia Japonica.Miq were compared with the shucks of Gleditsia Japonica.Miq, the results indicated that the chemical constituents and amino acid content of the seeds of Gleditsia Japonica.Miq were different of the shucks of Gleditsia Japonica.Miq.But at the same time, the research explained that the nutritional ingredient of the seeds of Gleditsia Japonica.Miq and shucks is very abundant. So Gleditsia Japonica.Miq have a good nutritional and economic value,and developmental prospects. |
