Research On The Impact Of Ecological Policy On Regional Ecological Supply Chain

With the popularity and application of the concept of supply chain, it has become the consensus of most businesses that the implementation of supply chain strategy can enhance the overall competitiveness. However, during the process of the implementation, supply chain members often seek to maximize economic profits while ignoring the ecological benefits. So, it is not realistic to rely solely on the consciousness of corporate to achieve the eco-efficiency of supply chain. Based on this situation, state and local governments should release the eco-related policies to guide and encourage the supply chain members to fully consider the ecological benefits of economic activity, which becomes an important method to solve the problem.Based on ecological policy and the relevant thinking of regional ecological supply chain, this paper first qualitative analyzes the impact of ecological policy on regional ecological supply chain based on the ecological point of view; then uses the Leontief input-output model as a foundation to establish the regional ecological supply chain network price model, which gives an quantitative analysis of the impact of ecological policy on regional ecological supply chain from an economic point of view; finally, the calculation of the example shows that the different types of ecological policy have different effects on the regional ecological supply chain, and the conclusion provides the policy makers a basis for reliable analysis.This paper has the following two innovations:1. Combine of the ecological policy and the concept of regional ecological supply chain to research the impact of ecological policy released by the government on regional ecological supply chain, which expands the regional ecological supply chain research.2. Implement the Leontief input-output model into the research on regional ecological supply chain, which broadens the research method of supply chain management issues.
